Your new roleIn your new role, you will be working as an Architect/Architectural Assistant within the Industrial sector, where you will:

Design Buildings: Create detailed plans and designs for buildings and structures.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Project Planning: Develop project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

Technical Drawings: Produce technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software.

Building Regulations: Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and construction techniques.

Collaboration: Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring designs to life.

Site Visits: Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.

Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into designs.

What you'll need to succeed
Preferred:

Experience within the industrial sector.

Client facing experience.

Strong technical knowledge.

All/most RIBA stages experience.

AutoCAD and/or Revit expertise.
