At George Browns Ltd, we're looking for a driven and personable individual to join our Agriculture Division as an Area Sales Manager covering Hertfordshire & Essex.

As a premier dealership for Kubota, Deutz Fahr, Kverneland, and Merlo, we provide industry-leading training to help you succeed in this role. If you have hands-on agricultural knowledge and a talent for building relationships, we'll equip you with everything you need to thrive in sales.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Visiting farms, estates, and rural businesses to understand their needs and recommend the right machinery solutions.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Demonstrating tractors, implements, and utility vehicles in real-world farming environments.
  4. Attending agricultural shows and events to engage with the farming community.
  5. Working closely with our sales, service, and parts teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Agricultural knowledge and passion for the industry - whether you've worked on a farm, in agri-engineering, or a related field.
  2. A natural communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
  3. Organised and self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule.
  4. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.

No previous sales experience? No problem! We provide full training and ongoing support to help you become a trusted expert in agricultural machinery sales.
