Kff is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world's largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. Kff has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to caterers.

We have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called "Your Way" within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your own dedicated neighborhood of just a mile square. What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for the success of your neighborhood by:

• Gaining, growing, and retaining customers to deliver profitable volume growth against targets.
• Researching your target audience and opportunities within your territory.
• Building and leveraging strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
• Onboarding new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity.
• Partnering with customers to understand their growth plans, adding value, and offering practical solutions and products.
• Monitoring competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions to your customers.

What we are looking for:

We seek someone who can win new business and maximize sales with existing customers. Ideally, you'll have a background in Field Sales or New Business, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. Passion for sales is essential! Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
