Assistant Estates Technician

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Estates supervisors/managers/contractors to ensure the effective running of the service on a daily basis.
• Provide support to the wider Facilities Maintenance and Compliance support team when required.
• Provide specific advice within the area of expertise on a routine basis
• Use knowledge and experience to apply priorities for all job requests and to implement quick response
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a helpdesk environment, with the ability to enhance service systems and processes
- Demonstrating customer service excellence skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Words
- Experience working on a CAFM system
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
