Assistant Project Engineer

As an Assistant Project Engineer, you will contribute to the seamless integration of our cutting-edge automation, navigation, and electrical propulsion systems. You'll tackle the dynamic challenges of coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely deliveries and impeccable system testing. Your technical acumen, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit are essential in this role, as you'll be a vital link between engineering, production, and logistics, reporting directly to the Project Engineering & Customer Support Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to streamline project workflows.
- Coordination: manage schedules and liaise with customers to ensure timely system deliveries.
- Preparation: set up systems for factory acceptance tests (FAT) and organize the testing process.
- Testing: oversee FATs alongside classification societies and clients, guaranteeing compliance and quality.
- Documentation: compile and distribute system certificates to customers, maintaining accurate records.
- Earn a competitive salary between €2,500 and €3,500 per month

We seek a technically adept individual with a passion for innovation in maritime automation systems.
- MBO diploma in a technical field required
- Experience in engineering or related area valued
- Proficient with computers, especially Windows OS
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
