Job Responsibilities:

• Advising customers face-to-face in the store, over the phone, online, and via email.
• Renting storage rooms, merchandise sales, and achieving required targets.
• Supporting existing customers with queries and issues.
• General administrative activities and contract management.
• Support for the smooth operation of our stores.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, retail/commercial work experience (e.g., consultative sales or customer service).
• Enjoy advising and convincing customers.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Reliable, honest, and committed.
• Interest in further training and promotion opportunities.
• Willingness to maintain a clean warehouse.
• Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word).
