• Responsibility for a caseload of large and complex, multi-jurisdictional claims.
• Managing losses valued well in excess of USD 1,000,000.
• Ensuring accuracy of financial recording and reporting under referral to management.
• Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication.
• Excellent multi-jurisdictional technical claims handling expertise.
• Accountability for decision making, always acting honestly and ethically.
