Associate - Real Estate Mezzanine Lending - Manchester based

Our client is a leading Real Estate Special Situations Credit - Mezzanine & Bridge lending Platform with over $600 million in capital and a proven track record of delivering high returns. Last year alone, they raised $5 billion, solidifying their position as a leader in the industry. They are currently looking for an Analyst and Associate to join their team. You will play a crucial role in analysing and executing special sits deals across Europe, managing a diverse portfolio of high-yield real estate investments. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and contribute to significant transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

1. Conduct detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence.
2. Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of real estate transactions across various asset classes, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
3. Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Monitor and manage the performance of the existing portfolio, providing insights on market trends, risk factors, and potential value-enhancing strategies.
5. Collaborate with senior management in developing new investment strategies and identifying growth opportunities across European markets.
