What We Offer You

Nova Founders Capital is searching for experienced or aspiring Associates for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio or become an Associate of an existing company within our portfolio.

You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members, and CEOs that have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.

Your Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary based on the specific stage and company, and will include:

• Build a world-class organisation.
• Build, lead, develop, and motivate an exceptional team.
• Define and execute strategies to drive results across all functions.
• Recruit the right people and constantly develop the employees.
• Be fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations.

• A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people.
• Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimise.
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results.
• Top-tier academics, maybe with an MBA.
• 3-7 years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, start-up, or company.
