Job Description
The Associate Director Insights & Analytics (Oncology International) will provide strategic expertise to help optimize business performance and enable informed decision making. The role will report directly to the Director, Insights & Analytics (Oncology International). In addition, this role will oversee International Oncology performance analytics, as well as Customer Insights, Market Research and Reporting deliverables for the Oncology team across various geographies, including Europe, Canada and Japan, while supporting evolving business needs.

In this role, a typical day might include:

  • Oversee and implement above-country market research activities, including secondary data analyses and synthesizing various data sources.
  • Create informational reports and presentations that simplify actionable insights with business implications, strategic, and tactical options.
  • Build Oncology patient cohorts, clarify patient treatment journeys, and develop patient flow/demand forecasts.
  • Develop rich account-level insights, including segmentation and opportunity assessments, and collaborate with various teams for cross-functional analyses and data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with above market teams, internal teams, local in-country teams and vendors to coordinate cross-functional analyses, market research and data acquisition.
  • Partner with local business leaders, above-market leadership, IT and sourcing to centralize Data Management requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and IT to support Omnichannel deployment and analytics.
  • Partner with local Commercial Operations teams for field sizing, alignments, targeting, segmentation, and incentive compensation analyses, and support Omnichannel deployment and analytics.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with International Commercial leaders and ensure all deliverables align with internal and external policies regarding data assets.

  • You can build deliverables that are aligned to internal and external policies, encouraging a culture of integrity and inclusivity.
  • You have innate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with management, internal stakeholders, vendors, and field-based employees, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years' + of relevant experience, and 4 + years' experience in Market Research. You should have strong organizational, project management, change management and presentation skills. English is a must, other languages like German, French, Italian, Japanese are preferred.
