Authorised Food Safety Officer

FOOD SAFETY OFFICER - INSIDE IR35 - OBAN

One of Loriens Public Sector clients is looking for Food Safety Officer to join their team across numerous sites, on an initial 4 month contract.
Regular attendance to Oban is required- must be able to be on site.

Experience

Authorised food officer or environmental health officer with minimum of 3 years' experience in food safety enforcement and in the manufacturing and official control sector covered by Regulation (EC) No 853/2004. Fishery/Dairy Products experience preferred.

Qualifications

Essential 1: BSC (Hons) Environmental Health and REHIS Diploma in Environmental Health/EHORB; or Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection: or Higher Certificate in Food Standards and in Food Control
Essential 2: HACCP level 4
Essential 3: Official Control Verification certificate.
