Founded in 2011 as eFounders, Hexa is a startup studio that has launched over 40 companies with a combined valuation of over $4.5 billion, including Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan, Yousign, Upflow - and more. We are passionate about B2B software, with a particular focus on the future of work, web3, and fintech.

What we look for

Are you full of ideas and ready for the next step in your entrepreneurial journey? Do you thrive in the 0 to 1 phase?

Partners generally have the following experiences and skills:

1. Prior entrepreneurial experience: Partners may have already gone through the entire journey from the inception of a venture to its maturity.
2. Expertise in the area of the studio they're leading, in order for Partners to leverage their knowledge, network, and intuition.
3. Product skills, namely the ability to transform ideas into software products.
4. Constant creativity to come up with multiple startup ideas. At the heart of this role lies the need for ideation and creation.
5. The ability to inspire others. Partners need to be effectively skilled at conveying their ideas to persuade other founders to join forces with them.

The Hexa core team is mostly based in Paris. We do not want to exclude any geographies when bringing in new partners, and French is not a prerequisite, but please do consider the following:

We believe that partners need to be in the same location as the startup founders. Serendipity is key while building startups, and daily interactions with founders are necessary.
