This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, collaborative, and highly successful team that has enjoyed strong growth year-on-year. You'll support some of our largest onshore renewables, thermal power and nuclear clients from around the world.

Global Broking Centre in London:

The role sits within the Global Broking Centre (GBC) in London. The GBC is an integral part of Aon's global broking strategy, providing colleagues across the Aon network access to specialist brokers and client managers, dedicated client solutions and thought leadership, and significant global insurance capacity.

What the day will look like:

• Client management and broking, serving a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business.
• Supporting and eventually leading impactful renewal strategy meetings (RSMs) and delivering London market insurer roadshows.
• Supporting and eventually leading reviews of clients risks, preparation of underwriting presentations, and review of insurance documentation.
• Proactively contributing to the portfolio's growth, developing new relationships, pitching to clients, and leading winning tenders.
• Managing market relationships, developing new ones in support of the Natural Resources broking strategy.
• Working closely with Natural Resources clients to ensure our global best practice is achieved.
• Opportunity for travel, including prospecting and representing Aon by speaking at conferences.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• 3+ years of London market experience broking renewables, power, energy, mining, or property.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in layering complex programmes.
• Outstanding collaboration skills to work closely with our global network office.
• Masterful relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously thus requiring exceptional time management skills.
• Unparalleled Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
