Your new companyThe company is an already established main contractor with a busy order book over the next 12 months, and exciting growth plans over the next quarter of a year.Your new roleAs Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role by ensuring that all pre-construction tendering reviews are carried out to support the estimating team. In addition, you will oversee the site installation to ensure a smooth daily operation. Additionally, you will oversee maintenance of buildings and their services during the buildings' life span.What you'll need to succeedYou will need 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with positive feedback to back this working history up.
