Building Standards Surveyor (3-6 Months)

Building Surveyor required to support leading local council (3-6 months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor based in Dundee. The project is expected to last approximately 3-6 months with a view to offer a permanent contract at the end, if interested. Working as part of a large prestigious public sector organisation based in the heart of Dundee, this role will see you plan, inspect and analyse a variety of planning applications covering mainly domestic work. However, depending upon experience, some commercial side work may present itself.
This opportunity offers flexi and hybrid working options alongside a lively and expanding team.

The ideal candidate shall be suitably qualified in surveying, ideally within the building standards field. Candidates with wider skillsets and experience will be considered. This role offers a strong hourly rate and the opportunity to grow within a prestigious public sector organisation.
