Excellent opportunity to join a Chartered Surveying Practice in Essex. You will be joining an organisation who promote a fair and flexible working environment. As a business they have good staff retention due to a relaxed but hard working environment where you are treated as an individual.
As the Building Surveyor you will be largely responsible for managing school building projects including primary, secondary and academies. You will be involved with JCT and NEC projects and will have high levels of client exposure. You will also be required to get involved with other building surveying duties when required including dilapidations and condition surveys.
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be a minimum of degree qualified within Building Surveying or a related discipline. You will need to have experience managing projects from inception to completion. A full driving licence is required for this position.
