Your new role
As a Business Administrator, you will have a variety of responsibilities including providing an efficient and friendly service when responding to incoming calls from customers and clients, dealing with customer queries relating to information and documentation, obtaining quotes, inputting information into a number of systems, dealing with renewals, checking key documentation, and taking online payments from clients.
