Business Analyst - Digital Media & CRM Analytics - Freelance - Paris

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Digital Media & CRM Analytics for our client in the consumer goods industry based in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity to work across both digital media and CRM domains, producing high-impact reports and actionable insights to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data from Power BI dashboards and digital media performance tools.
• Generate reports highlighting trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights for digital media campaigns and CRM efforts.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as CPC, impressions, click-through rates, and ROI from media campaigns.
• Assess the impact of media tactics on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Monitor customer engagement, retention, and churn using data from various tools.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns, loyalty programs, and other CRM initiatives.
• Synthesize insights from both media and CRM data to understand the end-to-end consumer journey.
• Propose strategies that integrate media acquisition efforts with CRM retention programs to improve customer lifetime value (CLV).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital media analytics, CRM, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Power BI, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools (eg, Google Analytics, FB Ads).
• Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and ability to generate strategic insights from large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
