Business Analyst/Product Owner (German & French Speaking)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Business Analyst/Product Owner. The role is permanent position based in Bern Canton.

Your role:

• Accompany customers in their further development to becoming sustainable digital companies.
• Depending on the project; fulfil the role of business analyst, product owner or IT consultant.
• Ensure that requirements are recorded, prioritized & translated into solutions.

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in comparable functions.
• Skilled & experienced with Agile Methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in describing requirements using User Stories, UML &/or BPMN.
• Familiar in the areas of Design Thinking & User Story Mapping.
• Well-practiced in leading & moderating working groups & workshops.
• Experienced in Large Companies (with 1000+ employees) &/or Federal Offices.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or Similar.
• Ideally Certified in the areas of BPMN, SAFe, Scrum PO or similar.
• Conceptual, analytical, organized, versatile & both solution & customer-oriented.
• Strong communication & social skills.
• Fluent German & English language skills (both to at least a C1 level) & a very good command of French (to at least B2 level) are mandatory requirements. Please do not apply if this does not apply to you.
