Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Business Change: Lead change initiatives that encompass people, technology, product, and process enhancements. Focus on embedding change, assessing its impact, and ensuring widespread adoption across projects and teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner to senior business leaders, developing strong relationships and translating change ambitions into actionable roadmaps. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change journey.
- Shaping and Delivery: Provide direction on change activities, including defining workstreams, mobilization, and key considerations for successful implementation. Ensure transparency and confidence in delivery through robust governance and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the ongoing development of change frameworks and methodologies within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability building.
- Extensive Consultancy Experience: A strong background in providing consultancy to senior stakeholders, with a proven ability to influence and align priorities with strategic objectives.
- Transformational Change Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing business change initiatives, including business process optimization and organisational transformation.
- Methodological Knowledge: Familiarity with various change management methodologies, with a focus on planning, communication, analysis, and reporting.
- Proactive Leadership: A confident change partner with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written skills, capable of articulating complex issues and solutions to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
- Interpersonal Influence: Strong relationship-building skills that enable effective collaboration and engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Abilities: Expertise in synthesizing change objectives into actionable plans and innovative solutions.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
- A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Change Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in business transformation and delivering change initiatives.
