We are looking for

A Business Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the tech or service industry. Your role is pivotal in driving the commercial success of Sonaar, building meaningful client relationships, and optimizing our sales strategies to ensure market leadership.


Your missions:

  • Direct and implement sales strategies, aligning closely with our core business aims and capturing key market opportunities
  • Enhance sales workflows and data analytics, leveraging the capabilities of CRM tools like Hubspot
  • Forge and nurture client relationships, establishing trust and mutual benefit to broaden our clientele
  • Engage actively with the product team, integrating market insights and client input for better solutions
  • Play a central role in shaping the company's strategic direction in concert with the leadership team


This job is for you if:

  • You have a degree in Business or a related field
  • You have 3-10 years of experience (B2B sales, consultancy)
  • You are not afraid to call and convince people and feel business development is part of you
  • You are result and target driven and have strong analytical skills
  • You are proactive, autonomous and have an entrepreneurial spirit (you are a "do-er")
  • You are comfortable and assertive when dealing with clients
  • You communicate easily with clients and with the rest of your team
  • You have experience in project management
  • You are a native-level Dutch speaker and fluent in English
  • Bonus points if you have worked in startups, scale-ups, or similar environments
