Business Development Manager - Wealth Management

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

• Driving pipeline, bookings, and achieving targets through programmatic execution against the GTM plan, executing on cross-sell and new name sales plays.
• Developing and managing a Territory Plan.
• Driving demand in collaboration with marketing and BDRs.
• Working in partnership with the Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for the client.
• Partnering with product teams to bring the voice of the customer into the roadmap.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:

• You must have strong market knowledge of the UK and Ireland Wealth Management and Advisory environment and competitive landscape.
• You will have a consistent track record in a quota-bearing sales environment.
• You should possess strong presentation skills (verbal and written).
• You need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• You must effectively and consistently build and manage your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
