Job Title: Business Development Manager - Unattended Payment Solutions

The Opportunity

Position Overview: You will act as International Business Development Manager, shaping our footprint in the European unattended and adjacent market, pushing our vision to be connected with our services to every available unattended solution in the European market.

The ideal candidate will identify, target and develop partnerships with resellers of Worldline acquiring solutions, terminals, E-Commerce solutions and all means of cashless payments in our portfolio. A proven record of success in this sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with resellers, integrators, and operators in the unattended payment sector.
  • Deeply understand your customer's challenges and provide them tailored payment solutions to drive their success.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis, providing insights into competitive landscapes, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to broaden Worldline's impact in the unattended market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with resellers and clients purchasing comprehensive solutions, including terminals and acquiring services.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs-you are the Customer's voice!
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business expansion efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in electronic payments, fintech, or EV Charging.
  • Fluent in English and preferably German (additional languages are a plus).
  • A customer-first mindset-you love solving real problems and creating impact.
  • Sales-driven & results-oriented, with a track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
  • A passion for travel-you're excited to meet clients, explore new markets, and attend industry events across Europe.
  • Strategic thinking & negotiation skills-you can connect business goals with payment solutions.
