A market leading company with a large and growing accounts team are looking for a Credit Control Administrator on a temporary basis to join their team in High Wycombe.
The company offers an excellent work environment and the opportunity to be part of a fantastic team of people.
YOU MUST BE ON A SHORT NOTICE PERIOD - 1 WEEK MAX.
This role offers hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with email queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality of the department and using discretion where necessary.
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within the Company
- Input notes and correspondence onto databases/systems
- Processing sales invoices
The successful candidate will possess:
- Some experience withion Accounts / Finance or looking to gain experience in this area
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly
- A team player
- Ability to use your own initiative
