What you can expect

Together with the commissioning departments of the Health Department, you will define the technical requirements for the digitalization of the complex business processes in these areas. The focus is on the business processes of the Munich Municipal Cemeteries and the Municipal Funeral Service. You will advise the specialist departments and model alternative process designs and solution concepts. You will be responsible for the ongoing requirements management of a group of modules and specialist applications. You will be responsible for the technical support of procurement procedures, creating the technical requirements as well as interface, implementation and training concepts. You will be responsible for accompanying the projects resulting from your requirements management tasks from the initial idea through to successful completion.

Due to the support of release dates, flexibility in working hours is required.

You have
  • a successfully completed university degree in computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or
  • a successfully completed university degree

and

  • particularly outstanding specialist knowledge with many years (at least 3 years) of practical experience in the field of requirements management and in accompanying organizational changes

and

  • proficiency in written and spoken German at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
In particular, you will have
  • Specialist knowledge: Knowledge in elicitation, modeling and orchestration of business requirements, knowledge in business process management, test management, stakeholder and change management, knowledge in the area of strategic requirements management as well as experience in project management
  • Communication skills, in particular mastery of presentation techniques and communication skills
  • Result and goal orientation, in particular technical problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications (e.g. CPRE, CBAP, CCBA, CBPA, IPMA) are an advantage.
