CAD Design Tools Trainer

Your Mission

As a Design Software Specialist, you will be responsible for empowering users with the skills and support they need to effectively utilize design software. Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering training sessions and workshops on design tools, both online and in person.
• Developing and maintaining training materials to ensure up-to-date and effective learning resources.
• Providing technical support by troubleshooting issues and assisting users with software-related challenges.
• Identifying training needs and proposing solutions to enhance user proficiency.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize software configurations and support continuous improvement.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field related to design or engineering.
• Proven expertise in at least one 2D/3D design software and a willingness to expand knowledge.
• Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluency in French and Dutch, with good written skils in English.
• A problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting to evolving tools and user needs.
