Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures and treatments.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of nursing practices and patient care standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery or cardiology nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
