We're on the lookout for a caring, compassionate individual to join our friendly team of Care Practitioners at Derwent care home in Low Westwood, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. If you've got a passion for making a difference in people's lives, this could be the perfect role for you.

Pay Rate: £11.56 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy.
Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile.
Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.
Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.
