About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Trader to join our team. In this role, you will deliver top-quality service by performing responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Your tasks will include carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering. You will use a handheld device to receive and complete tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification (City and Guilds or equivalent)
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge
- Customer-focused with experience in occupied and void properties
- Valid UK driving licence (12+ months)
About You:
- Relevant trade qualification (City and Guilds or equivalent)
- Excellent Health & Safety knowledge
- Customer-focused with experience in both occupied and void properties
- Passionate about completing high-quality repairs on time, first time
- Valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for at least 12 months (company vehicle provided for work use only)
