Change Co-ordinator -IAM - Sailpoint - Remote

Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a skilled Change Coordinator to support our MyAccess (IGA) project in maintaining, coordinating, and managing changes within a GxP-regulated environment.

About the Role

As a Change Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with GxP standards across all changes to our SailPoint IIQ systems. You'll coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT, Quality Assurance, and business teams, to manage changes effectively and keep everyone aligned with critical project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Change Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for all GxP-related changes within the MyAccess team. Manage the change calendar to communicate upcoming changes, impacts, and timelines to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with SailPoint developers, business analysts, and application owners, providing clear updates and facilitating effective communication around changes, milestones, and compliance requirements.

Process Management & Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain GxP-compliant change management processes, ensuring changes meet rigorous QA and regulatory standards before implementation.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep thorough records of change activities, track incidents, and compile reports on change status, impact on performance, and GxP compliance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant experience in change management within GxP-regulated IAM systems, particularly SailPoint IIQ.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IAM concepts (Lifecycle, JML, Governance), Software Development Lifecycle (DEV/VAL/PROD), and GxP change management.

Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to GxP regulatory compliance.
