Suffolk FA is seeking a strategic, business-focused Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation's mission, drive revenue generation, and foster key relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

SUFFOLK County FA is inviting applications for the position of Chief Executive.

The successful candidate will need to be a visionary leader with a passion for grassroots football and the expertise to drive impactful growth in a charitable organisation.

This role requires a leader who can balance financial sustainability with a commitment to the FA's Code of Governance, ensuring high standards of integrity, accountability, and inclusivity.

As CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of the organisation, developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to position Suffolk County FA for long-term growth and community impact.

The work of the CEO will drive commercial revenue, reinvestment into grassroots football, and the expansion of our influence across Suffolk's football landscape.
