Job Description

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for the financial management of the TLT Group. You will report directly to the Executive Board, be part of the management team and be entrusted with the following tasks:

  • Overall management of the commercial departments of our companies, representative offices and sales offices in Germany and abroad (e.g. Accounting & Controlling, Commercial Order Management, Compliance)
  • Providing key figures and proposals to support the CEOs in important strategic and operational business decisions
  • Preparation and monitoring of the financial budget
  • Supporting the annual financial statements (individual and consolidated financial statements), tax returns, tax audits, M&A activities and risk management
  • Internal contact for legal, financial and tax issues in the area of finance
  • Management and coordination of all internal and external reporting activities

In addition to the areas of responsibility listed, you will be the direct contact person within the company for compliance and for all order-related and contractual issues in commercial project management.

  • Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance
  • Sound knowledge and many years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling and financial relations
  • Business experience in an international environment and in group accounting
  • Several years of experience in a management function
  • Willingness to travel approx. 30% domestically and abroad
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
