Recruitment Context :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead and develop our marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering services industry and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing plans.

The Chief Marketing Officer will report directly to the ExCom and will work closely with other members of the executive team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to make a significant impact in a growing engineering service firm.

The To-Do List of our Chief Marketing Officer :
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  2. Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  3. Manage and lead the marketing team in daily operations, providing guidance and mentorship.
  4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  5. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry professionals, and media representatives.
  7. Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  8. Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant.
Your Profile :
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in the engineering services industry is highly desirable.
  4. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  8. Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features.
  9. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
