Freelance Site Manager
Location: Grantham
Start Date: March 2025
Duration: 4 Weeks - 1 week Days, 3 week Night Shifts

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to work across son a project in Grantham managing earthworks for a new access road. This will be one week on day shifts and 3 weeks on Nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project progresses as scheduled.
• Maintain high standards of quality and finish, adhering to the client's expectations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage Earthworks sub-contractor

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential).
• Ability to handle challenges and problem-solve on-site.
