Civils Sub-Agent

We are looking fora Sub Agent to join ourNatural Resources team based close to our sites across the ThamesValley region, due to the nature of work we require a strongskillset and experience within Tier 1 Water and Civilsframeworks.

Location: within commutabledistance to our sites across the Thames Valley and Reading region -presence on site will be required but remote working may beavailable when possible

Contract:Permanent, full-time position - flexible and part-time hours may beavailable if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As the SubAgent you'll join Kier who are a strategicpartner to Thames Water Capital Frameworks. This work is ontheir sewage treatment Waste Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP),delivering programmes of work within non-infrastructureschemes like upgrades to wastewater treatment works. This will beworking on new and existing Infrastructure assets (below ground)and non-Infrastructure assets (above ground).

Your day to day willinclude:

• Site Incident managementand escalation within prescribed timescales, along withimplementation and monitoring of SHE policies and procedures forboth direct and supply chain workforce
• Plan and measure day to day work activities for effectiveutilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-termand contract programme milestones
• Assistantwith commercial forecasting on your schemes, ensuring robustcontrol of actual costs, participate in forecast reviews, finalcost & value review with commercial team
• Identify opportunities to increase value througheffective change management, ensuring Instructions are received andprocessed to realise a change to Target Cost asapplicable.

• 5 Day - SiteManagers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate
