We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, professional and established client as they seek to recruit a Client Support Administrator to join their experienced team at their offices in central Haywards Heath. This role is available due to strong company growth levels.

Client Support Administrator

Full time permanent role

Mon-Fri - early finish at 1700 on Fridays

There is some free parking on site for staff and there is also free parking available very nearby on the residential streets close to the office.

Salary £27000-£30000 per annum plus good company benefits. Guaranteed Christmas off each as the company has a Christmas shut-down period

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and friendly team within a successful organisation on a local level

The role and duties - Client Support Administrator

The Client Support Administrator will work within a team receiving technical enquires from contractors and consultants for projects and preparing quotations which include the use of in-house estimating software, full training will be given on the program, but you should be confident when using a computer.

Liaising with external sales engineers regarding client's requirements and ensuring that a first-class service is given.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Good customer service skills.

Good computer skills

Experience of working within a busy office
