CNI Infrastructure Support Operations (SC Cleared)

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced CNI Infrastructure Support Operations professional with valid UK SC Clearance to be based in their client's office in Wokingham, UK.

Must be willing to be 5 days in office if required.

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP.

Day rate: Competitive Market rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor workflow management tools and react to logged tasks/incidents and requests
• Adopt, aspire, strive to use 'Best in Class' standards
• Engage and assist all technical leads and colleagues

Key Requirements:

• Must have good Linux knowledge and familiarity with most Linux system administration tools and processes
• Knowledge on Windows OS and its operations
• Windows based OS and application monitoring and support
• Needs to have good knowledge on security tools configuration and endpoint deployment
• Hands on experience on Patching, YUM commands/configs and vulnerability management security tools
• Experience in operations and application support
• Knowledge and understanding of Networking protocols - TCP, NFS, NTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, TELNET, SAMBA, APACHE Webserver configurations
• Proven customer facing experience in an IT service role
• Must be SC cleared
• Must be willing to be 5 days in office if required
• Must be willing to work in Shift Rota and On call support
