We are working on a new opportunity in Commercial and Technology with an outstanding large regional firm in Leeds.

This is a friendly down-to-earth team that handles some great work across a range of sectors. They're known for their strong client base in retail, technology, food & drink, and media and sports. They are considered sector experts in grocery retail.

Responsibilities:

1. Full mix of commercial contracts, IP, IT, and data privacy
2. Handle some of the more complex matters generated by the 2 partners - with the appropriate level of supervision
3. Great client contact from day one
4. Client base ranges from SMEs to household name national and international clients
5. High profile work includes Premier League sponsorship deals, high-profile influencer endorsement arrangements, TV sponsorship deals
6. Working directly with a highly open, friendly, and approachable partner who has an absolute wealth of experience across all sectors
