We have an amazing opportunity for a Chefs to join our fantastic team at

This Pub with Rooms will open in Newbury town centre in a newly developed double-fronted building with high ceilings a private courtyard and an island bar. The Inn will offer 40 Bar and 116 Dining covers with an enclosed front terrace and 26 beautiful rooms.

Commis Chef - The Ideal Candidate:

  • Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
  • Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
  • To be a real team player it is essential that you are flexible
  • Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
  • Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs
