About Our Client
Our client is a medium-sized organisation in the Not For Profit industry. They are renowned for their commitment to community development and social impact, operating primarily in the Manchester area.
Job Description
- Responsible for corporate and internal communications including engagement campaigns
- Write and edit copy for internal and external audiences across a range of channels including tenant and stakeholder newsletters, employee briefings, blogs, social media, website and intranet.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Communications Strategy and report on performance
- Oversee content management of the staff intranet and train employee champions to maintain and develop their service area pages.
- Oversee social media content plans and management of accounts and support the development of new and emerging technologies to engage customers and employees.
- Oversee production of communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, and annual reports.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Provide crisis communication support when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Communications Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, particularly within the Not For Profit sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience in managing digital and social media platforms.
- Understanding of brand management and regulatory standards.
