As a Community Paediatric Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personalised nursing care to children in their homes
- Managing a caseload across a regional area
- Administering specialist treatments for conditions
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and reporting adverse effects
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards and company policies
- Managing stock, supplies, and equipment effectively
The ideal Community Paediatric Nurse candidate will have:
- Registration as a Children's Nurse
- Competency in administering IV therapies
- Strong communication skills, including listening and teaching
- Ability to simplify technical details for patients
- A full UK driving licence for regional travel
