Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our team at our site in Roding.

The Mühlbauer Group is a leading global technology group that develops innovative solutions in the fields of security technology, smart cards, and RFID technology. With locations and customers all over the world, we attach great importance to the highest standards of quality, security, and service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced company pilot (m/f/d) to safely operate our flights and technically monitor our aircraft. We are open to freelance pilots and offer flexible deployment options.

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out safe and efficient business flights at home and abroad with the Jet Citation Cj2+ and Cj4 for internal company flights and external charter customers (usually day flights).
  • Comprehensive planning and execution of flights in compliance with international aviation rules and regulations.
  • Responsibility for the preparation and post-processing of aircraft and the performance of safety checks.
  • Ensuring the highest level of passenger comfort and discretion during flights.
  • Communication and cooperation with international airports, air traffic control authorities, and other relevant service providers.
  • Proactively monitoring the technical integrity of the aircraft and organizing the necessary maintenance work.
  • Preparation of offers and further customer acquisition for external charter customers.
  • Maintenance and cleanliness of aircraft and own VIP hangar (airport edms).
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with type rating for the Cessna Citation Cj2+ and/or CJ4 (can be acquired if required).
  • Several years of experience in international air traffic desirable, ideally in corporate aviation.
  • High level of professionalism, excellent flying skills, and strong safety orientation.
  • A valid Medical Class I, unrestricted passport, and Class B driver's license required.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Very good written and spoken English (at least ICAO Level 5).
