About theRole

Outcomes First Group is onthe lookout for a passionate process driven person with aproblem-solving attitude to join our Compliance team as aCompliance and Onboarding Administrator.

Are youinterested in working in a fast paced and high-volume customerfacing role? As our Compliance and Onboarding Administrator youwill help to administer the referencing process in a timely andeffective manner. You will help recruit best fit candidates, asquickly as possible by acquiring references within our preferredSLAs. You will communicate with offered candidates undertakingpre-employment checks including DBS checks and overall uphold thegroups commitment to safeguarding our pupils by championingour safer recruitment standards.

We're lookingfor:

• Customer serviceexperience including telephone customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tightdeadlines.
• Highly organised can prioritise andmanage on workload.
• Ability to workcollaboratively as part of a team.
• Attentionto detail.

AboutCompliance:

Our Complianceteam provides administration support with the onboarding process ofnew starters for Outcomes First Group. Safeguarding is at the heartof what we do, and we work as one unit supporting every new startercomplete the right background checks and referencing beforejoining, to keep our inductions running as smooth aspossible.
