Your new role
Your new role as a compliance co-ordinator to provide effective and professional compliance support to operatioal/Fm team

  • To operate an effective and professional compliance / administration service following procedures to ensure an efficient and responsive service across the contract
  • To monitor work in progress and update Maximo on jobs in order to maintain compliance with the contract SLA's
  • To support all managers for invoicing procedures and variations, FM ANC's & ANC pricing schedules
  • To advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements and to check validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices
  • Prepare, process and submit invoices to the client for work undertaken, to monitor payments of invoices and take recovery action as necessary in accordance with standard procedures. Review bad debt status across the contract
  • To assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations, meeting minutes and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Support the Helpdesk with RAMs, quotations, PO's and other ad-hoc queries
  • Assist in answering all web cycle queries, ensuring they are closed off in a timely manner
  • To manage the PPM planner, and the scheduling of sub-contractors against the planner
  • To ensure that invoicing and purchasing is organised and kept up to date
  • To ensure all overtime is tracked and communicated to payroll
  • Maximo SP support to site (super user)
  • To operate an effective and professional compliance / administration service ensuring that the appropriate record keeping processes are maintained to demonstrate compliance with contract deliverables and company procedures.
  • To assist as required, third party and internal Compliance audits and help ensure the Business complies to all necessary statutory, mandatory and H&S requirements
  • To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans
  • To comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures 18
  • To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description
