Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Consent Management Specialist with in-depth knowledge of OneTrust Consent Management. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation, testing, and enhancement of our consent management solutions. You will address operational challenges, design workflows, and support testing phases to ensure compliance and user satisfaction.
Tasks
- Operational Support: Troubleshoot and resolve operational bugs and unexpected behavior in OneTrust Consent Management solutions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify, document, and resolve issues related to solution functionality and behavior.
- Workflow Enhancements:
- Design, implement, and optimize consent workflows, including the creation of new workflows and tweaks to existing ones based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows for improved user experience and compliance.
- Solution Design: Contribute to the design and configuration of OneTrust solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Testing Period Support: Provide hands-on assistance during the initial testing phase, ensuring all aspects of the solution meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, CCPA) to ensure workflows and designs are compliant.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience implementing and managing OneTrust Consent Management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform configurations.
- Workflow Design: Strong understanding of workflow creation and modification within the OneTrust ecosystem.
- UAT Experience: Demonstrated ability to support UAT testing phases, including identifying and resolving issues.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, CCPA).
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- OneTrust platform certifications.
- Knowledge of Front End technologies like JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for advanced customization.
- Experience in data governance or privacy consulting.
