Business Transformation Manager - Organizational Transformation (m/w/d)

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will be reporting to our VP of Business Consultancy Services.

This role offers a hybrid work mode. Depending on the project scope, being onsite at the client might be a part of the role.

Responsibilities:

• You are an expert in consulting our clients along all phases of the project: from defining the initial vision and translating broad challenges into a specific roadmap, transformation programs and preparing the implementation.
• As a lead consultant, you are responsible for the development of business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational and technology perspectives.
• You lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects.
• Our clients perceive you as a thought leader in business transformation.
• Together with the team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you develop our business consulting services.
• You advise clients holistically on sales, marketing and communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of experience as a consultant in a strategic function.
• A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study.
• Strong communication and argumentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of strategy development.
• Strategic and analytical skills combined with effective communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in leading national and/or international projects.
• Enthusiasm for organizational development, change management, innovation management, and business models.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (business fluent), alongside German.
