Corporate Sustainability Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

- Lead the development and production of the annual corporate sustainability report in compliance with relevant legislations, standards and initiatives (e.g. CSRD/ESRS, GRI, Responsible Care ), and the reporting process on ESG rating platforms (e.g. ecovadis, Sedex, CDP)
- Ensure timely and accurate collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data from various departments
- Manage the internal verification and third-party assurance processes of sustainability data and reports, ensuring transparency and credibility
- Monitor developments of relevant ESG legislations, standards and best practices within the European chemical industry and the global context, analyse their impact on Jungbunzlauer, determine and implement measures to ensure continuous compliance and improvement of ESG performance reporting
- Lead the DMA and IRO assessment processes
- Support the development and implementation of Jungbunzlauer's sustainability strategy, including setting and tracking performance against ESG targets
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on sustainability policies, best practices, and reporting processes to anchor the sustainability culture into daily operations of the organization
- Provide content to the communication department for internal and external disclosure of Jungbunzlauer's sustainability goals, initiatives and achievements, enhancing the company's reputation and commitment to sustainable practices
- Represent Jungbunzlauer in external sustainability events and committees relating to sustainability reporting
- Master's degree in Environmental Science / Sustainability / Chemistry / Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sustainability or a related role, with at least 3 years in non-financial reporting, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting legislations, standards and platforms
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage projects autonomously and to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including ability to synthesize complex topic into clear messages, German / French as an asset
- Ability to think strategically and passion for driving sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives
