The Role
This leadership role involves managing a team, driving business development, and handling complex, high-value Court of Protection cases. You'll collaborate with other departments, such as Personal Injury Litigation, to deliver outstanding client service while supporting practice growth.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' PQE in Court of Protection.
• Team leadership and business development experience.
• Knowledge of litigation and mental capacity work.
• Highly organised, commercially aware, and collaborative.
