Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Creative, this is a key role providing support to (and being supported by) the Creative Account Managers with some time also devoted to working on projects for the wider business. Primary responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming orders from established clients, checking copy and applying best practice improvements, quality checking and dispatching finished products to clients. Support for the team also includes carrying out digital and telephone audits and project work with opportunities to be involved in and learn about areas such as video scripting and production, and other copywriting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process and dispatch customer audio requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and following relevant processes, ensuring internal systems and platforms are updated with all interactions and requests.
  • Carry out digital and audio audits and capture findings to support the commercial sales and account management teams.
  • Apply best practice changes to existing customer scripts where required, obtain client approval of such changes as are made. Escalate any complex change requests to the relevant Creative Account Manager.
  • Support members of the Creative Team with scripting and creation of call flows as required.
  • Carry out brand research to support digital and audio projects.
  • Assist with digital and audio work for the Creative Team and Commercial Sales team

Person Specification

Qualifications & Training

  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Customer facing experience - Working as part of a team and across multiple functions. Experience of working within time critical SLAs

Qualities and Attitude

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload

Product Knowledge

  • Computer literate and can demonstrate a working knowledge of the Windows suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
