Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Creative Director to bridge creative excellence with business growth. You'll lead creative strategy across our tier-1 Web3 clients, working at the intersection of business development, marketing, and creative. From elevating pitch decks that close deals to crafting memorable campaigns, you'll bring both vision and hands-on execution to every project.
This isn't a studio management or team oversight role. Instead, you'll focus on high-impact strategy and design work to close deals and enhance client offerings. What's in it for you

Responsibilities
  • Lead creative strategy for tier-1 clients from pitch to delivery, ensuring strong client satisfaction and retention
  • Craft compelling pitch materials that help close significant deals - making complex Web3 propositions clear and exciting
  • Partner with sales to identify creative opportunities in briefs and transform them into winning strategies
  • Develop and maintain our creative brand standards across all touchpoints
  • Guide internal teams on creative direction, ensuring consistency across design and strategy assets
  • Bridge creative and commercial objectives to drive business growth
  • Create strategic frameworks that scale across different client verticals
  • Lead Flight3's brand evolution as we expand globally
Requirements
  • Based in UK (preferably London) or Amsterdam
  • Portfolio demonstrating outstanding creative direction across digital and traditional channels
  • Proven expertise in either art direction or copywriting - ideally both
  • Agency experience leading creative projects from pitch to delivery
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with varied creative needs
  • Strong grasp of both digital-first and traditional media execution
  • Deep understanding of what makes campaigns work across channels
  • Natural ability to extract creative opportunities from complex briefs
  • Experience building distinctive brand voices
  • Talent for making technical concepts accessible and compelling
  • Strong commercial instincts that inform creative decisions
  • Hands-on approach to creative leadership
  • Clear communicator who thrives in pitch environments
